Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities

The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities strives to foster a campus that protects the health, welfare, safety, property, and rights of all members of our community by using an educational approach to help students align their actions with West Virginian University's standards. Our staff members use their various backgrounds and experiences in an attempt to design individualized education for all students involved in the student conduct process.  

Academic Integrity

The Office of Academic Integrity strives to protect the integrity of all academic endeavors at West Virginia University and to promote a positive culture of academic integrity and excellence. Building a culture of academic excellence is our shared responsibility. The Office of Academic Integrity supports students, faculty, and staff as we work together to achieve this goal. We use a range of educational strategies to help students align their actions with the university’s standards and we serve as a resource to faculty, staff, and others.
