Off-Campus Housing is committed to helping students transition from the residence halls to the Morgantown Community.
We are here to provide students with the resources to find housing and roommates both on campus and in the greater Morgantown Area.
We also offer information to students about apartment shopping, moving in and out, and their rights and responsibilities as renters. Our goal is to ensure that students feel supported, confident, and well-prepared to live in the Morgantown community while attending WVU. Our office hosts housing fairs in the fall and spring semesters to allow students to explore many of their options and talk directly to local landlords. Feel free to contact us at OCH@mail.wvu.edu or call us at 304-293-5611 with any questions.
